Cybercity is located deep inside the shell of Titanust. Titanust itself isn't designed to keep out extreme heat from the neutron star it revolves around, rather, the hafnium carbide shield absorbs the heat, producing electricity for the citizens deep within the walls.

 

Under the shield is an uninhabitable land. The extreme heat causes severe weather, storming every thirty minutes like clockwork. The wasteland of an environment forces the inhabitants deep underground, constructing a city closer to the core of the planet.
